Screen printing with 1–2 spot colours is usually the most cost-effective option above 50 units. For full-colour designs, DTF stays competitive even at higher volumes.

Properly applied DTF prints survive 50+ machine washes without cracking, peeling or fading — provided you wash inside-out at 30°C.
